- Results are presented as a working list, ordered so that confirmed and rush-capable records are visible first.

Verify
Records distinguish public-source information from details directly confirmed with the provider and show when information was last verified.
- Every record carries a verification status, the method used, and the date of last confirmation.
- Unknown and Not Confirmed are shown distinctly from No. A blank field is never treated as a refusal.

Request
When the network does not solve the problem, members can submit a custom research request for unusual or time-sensitive needs.
- Requests capture the market, the need, the timing, financial flexibility, and privacy requirements.
- Urgency is selected as Standard, Same-Day, or Priority Rush.
