Privacy & Terms
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Agreement
Averrin is the Private Access & Services platform operated by Averrin LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Averrin”, “we”). By requesting access, holding a membership, or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Eligibility and Access
Membership is invite-only. Access requests are reviewed individually and may be approved or declined at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed, and we may end or decline access where information provided is inaccurate or where these terms are not observed.
3. Permitted Purpose of Membership
A member may use Averrin only for that member’s own legitimate professional sourcing work, carried out for that member’s private clients, employer, or other authorised business purposes. Membership is granted for that purpose and no other.
The directory is not for:
- Consumer use, or sourcing for the member's own personal or household needs.
- Personal reservations, personal bookings, or personal enquiries of any kind.
- Unsolicited mass outreach, marketing, or bulk contact of providers.
- Lead generation, prospecting, recruiting lists, or business-development targeting.
- Any activity outside the professional purpose for which the membership was approved.
4. Restrictions on Directory Content
All content made available through Averrin is provided for the member’s own professional use only. Members may not scrape, crawl, extract, download in bulk, copy, reproduce, publish, republish, distribute, transmit, share, sell, sublicense, resell, or otherwise exploit any Averrin provider records, contact information, availability details, research, descriptions, verification details, images, event information, or other directory content, in whole or in part, by any means, whether manual or automated.
Members may not use any content from Averrin to create, populate, train, improve, or maintain another directory, contact list, database, marketplace, AI system, competitor product, or similar service, whether for themselves or for another person or business.
Members may not use any automated means to access the platform, and may not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent access limits, rate limits, seat limits, or any other technical or contractual restriction on use.
Members may not use the network to send unsolicited marketing to providers, and may not misrepresent their relationship with Averrin when contacting a provider. These restrictions continue to apply to information already obtained after a membership ends.
5. Named Users, Accounts, and Personal Access
Each seat belongs to one named individual. Individual membership covers one named user; Office membership covers up to five named users including the account owner. Access is personal to the approved member.
Members may not share login credentials, allow another person to use their account, transfer or resell access, copy provider contact information for other people, or present themselves as acting on behalf of Averrin. All activity carried out through an account is the responsibility of the member holding that account.
Office owners may invite, remove, and replace named users from the account area, and a removed user loses access immediately. Each named user holds their own login, usable on a small number of that person’s own devices. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for telling us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
6. What the Network Is and Is Not
Records distinguish public-source information from information confirmed directly with a provider, and show when information was last verified. Averrin is an information service: we are not an agent, broker, or party to any arrangement between you and a provider. A record describes what a provider has indicated; it is not a reservation, a quote, or a guarantee of availability, price, quality, or outcome. Fields shown as unknown have not been confirmed and should not be read as a negative answer.
7. Membership and Billing
Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually in advance, in US dollars, through our payment processor, and renews automatically at the then-current rate for the same term until cancelled. Price changes are notified by email before they take effect and apply from the next renewal.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect again and contact you, and access may be suspended while an account is past due. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the cancellation and refund sections below.
8. Custom Research Requests
Custom requests are a separate service. Where a charge applies it is confirmed with you before research begins, and one-off charges are payable in advance. Research findings are provided in good faith based on the sources and confirmations described in the delivery; we do not guarantee that a suitable provider exists or will accept the work.
9. Providers
Providers may voluntarily submit or confirm information and pay nothing to appear. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and Averrin receives no fee or commission for referrals.
Averrin’s researched provider information comes from the provider’s own publicly accessible website. Averrin does not scrape unrelated directories or purchase third-party provider lists. Public factual information is researched from the provider’s website and summarised or rewritten by Averrin, rather than copied from the provider’s descriptive text verbatim.
Some providers also communicate directly with Averrin and voluntarily supply, clarify, or confirm additional operational information. Records distinguish public-source information from information confirmed directly by a provider.
Providers may request correction of inaccurate information at any time. A provider may also ask us to remove or stop using non-public information that the provider voluntarily supplied or confirmed directly to Averrin.
A request not to be listed does not, by itself, require Averrin to remove factual business information obtained from the provider’s own public website where Averrin is legally permitted to retain and display that information, subject to applicable law, these terms, and any applicable intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Where a request concerns personal data relating to an identifiable individual, rather than ordinary factual business information, Averrin will assess and respond to the request in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection law, including any applicable rights of correction, erasure, restriction, and objection.
Providers are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Averrin, and Averrin does not control, supervise, or direct their work unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Inclusion in Averrin does not mean that a provider sponsors, endorses, partners with, is affiliated with, or acts as an agent of Averrin. Averrin does not represent that a provider has approved or endorsed its inclusion merely because information about that provider appears in the network. Where an actual partnership, sponsorship, commercial relationship, or other affiliation exists, it is identified explicitly. Provider names, trademarks, photographs, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Provider Information and Member Responsibility
Provider information is supplied for informational and sourcing purposes. Inclusion in Averrin, and any status, badge, verification date, or research note shown on a record, is not a guarantee, certification, warranty, or endorsement of a provider, and it is not an assurance of a provider’s services, availability, qualifications, licensing, registration, insurance, safety, performance, or suitability for any particular request.
Averrin researches and presents information; it does not make the selection decision. The member decides whether to contact, hire, book, retain, or rely on a provider, and does so at the member’s own discretion and risk.
- Confirm material information directly with the provider before relying on it. Availability, pricing, personnel, policies, capabilities, and other details change, sometimes without notice.
- Conduct whatever additional due diligence is appropriate for the engagement, including verifying licensing, credentials, insurance, and references where relevant.
- Apply greater care to higher-risk services, including medical care, security, transportation, aviation, marine, childcare, in-home services, and any service involving vulnerable people or regulated activity.
- Agree terms, scope, and price directly with the provider. Averrin is not a party to that arrangement.
Averrin is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, products, statements, representations, conduct, performance, or failure to perform of any provider, nor for any loss, injury, damage, or dispute arising from a member’s engagement of a provider.
11. Third-Party Images and Content
Certain provider profiles may include photographs, images, trademarks, or other materials originating from third parties. Averrin does not claim ownership of third-party materials. Such materials are used for informational, identification, reference, and contextual purposes in connection with provider information.
Factual provider information obtained from providers’ public websites is researched and presented in Averrin’s own format and wording. The public accessibility of a description, photograph, or other material does not, by itself, permit it to be copied.
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual-property rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners.
If you are a rights holder and believe material displayed through Averrin should not be used, please send your request through the contact page with sufficient information to identify the material and your rights in it. Averrin will review the request and, where appropriate, remove or modify the material.
12. Averrin Intellectual Property
Except for third-party materials expressly identified as such, Averrin and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform and its original content, including its research, selection and arrangement of information, taxonomy, database structure, written material, software, design, branding, graphics, and functionality. Membership grants only the limited right to access and use the service for the purposes permitted by these terms and does not transfer any ownership or intellectual-property rights. The restrictions on directory content above continue to apply.
13. Confidentiality and Conduct
Members frequently handle sensitive client matters. Do not submit client information beyond what a request genuinely requires, and treat information you receive from Averrin as confidential to your professional use.
Members should provide only the information reasonably necessary to describe a request. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, biometric information, government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, or other sensitive or special-category personal data about a client unless Averrin has specifically requested that information and you are legally authorised to provide it. Where reasonably possible, describe the operational requirement without identifying the client.
14. Suspension and Termination
Averrin may immediately suspend or terminate access, without refund where permitted by law, for suspected misuse, account sharing, bulk extraction, attempts to bypass platform limits, sharing of directory content, misrepresentation, non-payment, or any other violation of these terms.
You may end your membership at any time as described in the cancellation and refund sections below. On termination, access to the network ends and the restrictions above continue to apply to information already obtained.
15. Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We take reasonable care to research and verify information, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete, current, or error-free, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, or performance of any provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Averrin’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, in relation to the platform and to provider information. The limitation of liability above applies to all claims, including those arising from provider information, a member’s selection of a provider, or a provider’s services or conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
17. No Waiver
A failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision, or any other provision, later.
18. Assignment
Members may not transfer or assign their membership or any rights under these terms without Averrin’s written permission. Averrin may assign these terms as part of a merger, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of its business, where permitted by law.
19. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the policies incorporated into this document and any applicable membership terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Averrin concerning use of the platform.
20. Changes to These Terms
If these terms change materially we will update the date above and notify members by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
21. Contact
Averrin LLC — support@averrinaccess.com. Cancellation, refunds, and privacy are covered in the sections that follow.
22. Cancelling a Membership
Members may cancel a recurring membership at any time from the billing section of their account, or by writing to us through the contact page. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not end access immediately. Membership remains active through the end of the period already paid for, after which the account becomes inactive.
23. Membership Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a paid membership period has begun. Averrin does not provide prorated refunds or credits for:
- partially used membership periods
- unused membership time
- failure to use the network during a paid period
- cancellation after a renewal has already occurred
A member who cancels retains access through the end of the paid membership period, unless access is terminated under these terms.
Averrin may issue refunds or credits at its discretion in exceptional circumstances, including duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors. Exercising that discretion in one case does not create an entitlement to a refund in others.
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
24. Annual Memberships
Annual membership fees are generally non-refundable after the annual period begins. Cancelling prevents renewal for the following year, and access continues through the remainder of the paid annual term.
25. Custom Research Request Fees
Custom research and sourcing requests are a separate service, and these terms apply to them rather than the membership terms above. Where a fee applies it is confirmed with you before work begins.
- If a paid request is cancelled before Averrin begins substantive work, Averrin will refund the research fee.
- Once substantive research or sourcing work has begun, the research fee is generally non-refundable.
- Any fees or charges paid directly to a third-party provider are governed by that provider's cancellation and refund terms. Averrin is not responsible for refunds owed by third-party providers.
26. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or billed in error, contact us through the contact page with the charge date and amount. We will review the charge and correct confirmed billing errors.
27. Privacy — Who We Are
Averrin is the Private Access & Services platform operated by Averrin LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy covers the Averrin website and the member and administrative areas of the platform.
28. Information We Collect
- Account and membership information — name, professional contact information, role, organisation, application information, membership status, and team-member information where applicable.
- Payment information — subscription and transaction information associated with a membership. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Averrin does not receive or store full payment-card details.
- Platform activity and requests — information you submit through custom requests, support messages, saved providers, contact forms, and other platform features.
- Provider submissions — business and contact information voluntarily submitted by providers seeking consideration for the network.
- Provider research — business information published on a provider's own website, and information a provider or its representatives supply or confirm directly to Averrin.
- Technical information — limited authentication, session, and device information necessary to operate and secure the service.
29. Sources of Provider Information
Provider information is obtained only:
- from information publicly displayed on the provider's own website; and
- directly from the provider or its representatives when they voluntarily respond to Averrin, submit information, or confirm existing information.
Averrin does not scrape unrelated directories or purchase third-party provider lists. Factual information is summarised or rewritten by Averrin rather than copied verbatim, and records distinguish public-source information from information confirmed directly by a provider.
Where publicly sourced business information identifies a living individual, such as a named employee, owner, director, or professional contact, or a direct business email address or telephone number, that information may constitute personal data and is handled in accordance with this policy.
Where Averrin obtains personal data about a professional contact from that provider’s public website rather than directly from that person, Averrin may provide the individual with, or direct them to, this privacy notice when appropriate under applicable law, including when Averrin first communicates with them. Publicly available information is not, by that fact alone, exempt from privacy law.
30. Device and Session Information
We may process limited device and session information to authenticate users, maintain account security, and enforce membership access rules. We do not use device fingerprinting, and we do not restrict access by IP address or location. Members can review and remove their authorised devices from their account at any time.
31. How We Use Information
- To review access applications and decide whether to grant membership.
- To operate accounts, memberships, and authentication.
- To take payment and manage renewals, cancellations, and billing matters.
- To research, price, and deliver custom requests, and to answer support and contact messages.
- To send transactional email about your application, membership, requests, and messages.
- To research and verify providers before information is made available to members.
- To protect the security and integrity of the platform.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising, tracking, or behavioural profiling.
32. Lawful Bases for Processing
We rely on different lawful bases depending on the activity. We process membership and account information where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a membership agreement and to perform that agreement. We process information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, including financial, tax, and record-keeping obligations. We rely on legitimate interests where necessary to operate and secure Averrin, review access requests, research and maintain accurate professional provider intelligence, verify provider information, prevent misuse, respond to support enquiries, and maintain the reliability of the service, provided those interests are not overridden by the rights and interests of the individuals concerned. Where we rely on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
33. Service Providers
Averrin relies on a small number of providers to operate the platform:
- Supabase – database, authentication, and hosting infrastructure.
- Stripe – payment processing and subscription billing.
- Amazon – delivery of provider outreach email.
- Resend – delivery of transactional email.
- Google – optional sign-in, where you choose to use it.
These providers process information on our behalf for the purposes described above.
34. International Data Transfers
Averrin is operated from the United States. Personal data may therefore be processed in the United States and in other countries in which our service providers operate. Where UK personal data is subject to international-transfer requirements, we use a transfer mechanism permitted by applicable law, which may include applicable UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards. You may contact us for further information about safeguards applicable to your personal data.
35. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Averrin uses no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The platform uses only the browser storage necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service.
36. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law.
37. Deleting Your Account or Data
You can edit your profile at any time from your account. To request deletion of your account or of information we hold about you, write to us using the details below. We will confirm what can be deleted and what must be retained for legal or financial reasons, and act on the request without undue delay.
38. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information and restrict access to authorised users. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
39. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete information about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Averrin does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Exercise any of these rights using the contact details below; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Where UK data-protection law applies, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate personal data;
- request erasure;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing;
- receive certain data in a portable format, where applicable;
- withdraw consent, where consent is the lawful basis; and
- lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
These rights depend on your location and on applicable law, and some are subject to legal exceptions. We will respond to each request in accordance with applicable law.
40. Your Right to Object
Where we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object to that processing. We will consider the circumstances of the objection and will stop processing where required by applicable law. In some circumstances, applicable law permits processing to continue where there are compelling legitimate grounds that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the individual or where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. An objection to processing for direct marketing will be honoured where required by law.
41. Automated Decision-Making
Averrin does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals solely through automated processing.
42. Children
Averrin is a professional resource intended for use by adults in a professional capacity, and is not directed to children.
43. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how we handle member information, tell members by email.
