Individual

For professionals managing private-client requests independently

Access to Averrin's researched and directly confirmed network of more than 7,600 providers across eight markets, with the operational detail needed to source confidently and move quickly on private-client requests. Individual membership includes a private Workspace for managing requests from research through execution, keeping provider history, correspondence, decisions and next steps together in one place. Workspace connects individual sourcing activity with the broader operational tools available through Averrin, allowing professionals to move between provider research, request management, and travel planning without losing context. Members also have access to Pulse, Averrin Desk and Custom Requests when they need to plan ahead, coordinate with a selected provider, or have Averrin research a need that the existing Network does not resolve.

Office

For family offices, household teams and private-client teams

Designed for private offices and household teams managing work across multiple people. Each team member has their own individual Workspace, while Studio provides a shared environment for the office to coordinate active requests, assign responsibility, hand work between colleagues without losing context, and maintain a shared history of provider activity and decisions. Studio includes the office's own mailbox, shared providers and one place to follow work across the team. Office membership includes individual accounts for up to five people, including the account owner.

Enterprise

For larger organizations and hospitality groups

Enterprise membership is designed for larger organizations that need Averrin across multiple teams, locations, properties, or business units. Access is structured around the organization rather than individual seats alone, with tailored permissions, onboarding, and account configuration to support more complex operating environments. Enterprise members receive access to Averrin's provider intelligence, Pulse and Studio, the shared working environment for each team, at the scale required by their organization, with membership structure and support tailored to the organization.

What Access Provides

Averrin Desk

When you already know which provider you want to work with, Averrin Desk can handle the correspondence for you. Averrin relays your requirements, asks request-specific questions, obtains current availability for your date or window, follows up when correspondence goes unanswered, and brings proposals, options and changes back to you. You remain in control of any financial or legal commitment.

Pulse

A curated feed of timely events, access opportunities and relevant providers across Averrin's markets. Pulse helps members see what is coming up, identify opportunities that may matter to their principals, and plan ahead rather than discovering them after the fact.

Custom Request

When the Network does not resolve what you need, send the request to Averrin. Averrin researches the need, identifies suitable options, confirms the relevant operational details, and returns what was established so you can decide how to proceed. The scope and any charge are agreed before work begins.

Travel

Organize travel within the same environment used for private-client sourcing. Explore researched hotels, private dining, boardrooms, ground transportation, and distinctive experiences across international destinations. Members can also access dedicated hotel arrangements, including preferred booking opportunities at Loews Regency New York and InterContinental New York Barclay.
